  杭州汽轮机股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）于2019年12月10日召开2019年第二次临时股东大会，审议通过了《关于回购公司股份的议案》。2020年2月18日，公司实施了首次回购股份，具体详见公司公告（公告编号：2020-02）。

  根据《深圳证券交易所上市公司回购股份实施细则》相关规定，在实施回购期间，公司应当在每个月的前三个交易日内披露截至上月末的回购进展情况。现将公司回购股份的进展情况公告如下：

  截至2020年2月28日，公司通过股票回购专用证券账户以集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份数量为1,905,738股，约占公司目前总股本的比例为0.25%，最高成交价为8.47元港币/股，最低成交价为7.84元港币/股，成交总金额为15,816,226.84元港币。

  公司回购符合公司披露的既定回购方案，符合《深圳证券交易所上市公司回购股份实施细则》的规定。

  公司后续将根据市场情况在回购实施期限内继续实施本次回购计划，并将根据相关法律、法规和规范性文件的规定及时履行信息披露义务，敬请广大投资者注意投资风险。

  Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., Ltd.Announcement on the progress of the implementation of share repurchase

  Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., Ltd. held the second Provisional shareholders' general meeting of 2019 on December 10, 2019, in which the "Proposal on the share repurchase of the Company’s Shares" was reviewed and approved. On February 18,2010, The Company implemented the first share repurchase of the Company. Refer to the details in the company announcement(Announcement No.:2020-02).

  According to the relevant provisions of the Implementation Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on the share repurchase by Listed Companies, During the implementation of the repurchase, the company shall disclose the progress of the repurchase as of the end of last month within the first three trading days of each month. The progress of the company's share repurchase is announced as follows:

  As of February 28,2020,The Company brought back the 1,905,738 Company's shares for the first time through a special securities trading account for shares repurchase, and those shares account for about 0.25% of the Company's total share capital, with the highest transaction price is 8.47 HKD / share and the lowest transaction price is 7.84HKD / share and the total transaction amount is 15,816,226.84 HKD.

  The company's repurchase is in compliance with the established repurchase plan disclosed by the company and in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for the Repurchase of Shares by Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange".

  The Company will continue to implement this repurchase plan during the repurchase implementation period according to market conditions, and will promptly perform its information disclosure obligations in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations and regulatory documents.
